Your information on this site
This page covers oneryanalexander.com, run by Ryan Rybarczyk. The short version: this site itself doesn’t ask for your information, doesn’t set tracking cookies, and doesn’t run analytics or ad pixels. The tools embedded on it and the sites it links to are run by other companies, and they have their own policies.
What this site collects
- Nothing you type into this site’s own pages leaves your browser. The buyer’s guide calculators and the checklists save your figures and ticks in your browser’s local storage so they’re there when you come back. They are not sent to me or anyone else, and clearing your browser’s site data removes them.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and block attacks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Embedded tools
The refinance, home wealth, and buyer pre-qualification tools on this site are provided by myhomeiq. If you enter information into one of them, it goes to myhomeiq under its privacy policy, and myhomeiq shares what you submit with me so I can follow up. A tool loads only when you open it.
When you contact me
If you book a call through Calendly, email me, or text me, I receive what you send and use it to answer you and to help with the home or loan question you brought. I don’t sell your information, and I won’t add you to marketing texts or emails unless you ask to be added.
Linked sites
- Home search at aliradetroit.com is run on the Lofty platform and has its own privacy policy, linked in that site’s footer. Registering or saving a search there is governed by that policy.
- Loan applications are taken through Dynagen Lending LLC (NMLS #2179695), which gives you its privacy notice as part of any application. Nothing on this site is a loan application.
- The Mortgage Lens and Alira Corp are separate sites with their own policies.

To ask what I have from you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email ryanrybarczyk@outlook.com. Records that a lender or brokerage is legally required to keep may have to be retained. If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it.
